Compost Collection Instructions

Thank you for supporting our community garden by saving and
donating your kitchen waste to our compost pile.

You may empty your waste in the bin marked "Kitchen Compost"
by the compost bin on the NW side of the garden (down the hill from
the fellowship hall). If you prefer, you may simply leave your sealed
container next to the bin and take a clean container from the left bin if
one is available. Please only place kitchen waste as detailed below. No
plastic bags. Also for your convenience, collection containers will be
available in the back of the church on Sunday mornings and you may
leave your filled container there as well.

There are also piles marked in front of the compost area for the
collection of grass clippings (if not treated with chemicals please),
garden cuttings, and fall leaves.

Thank you again for your efforts, support, and donations!
